This insurance company a year ago, was the best and easiest insurance to call and deal with. Now this place is a joke. Adria McAllister that is account manager, is unprofessional, she doesn't have any interest in her job, or knowledge on how to put insurance on vehicles or etc. Bryan is never there, he stays gone on vacation 24/7. I've called weekly, for over two months now, and have provided information to Adria to get insurance on a vehicle, and she still yet has added vehicle nor faxed over information. I believe Blue Ridge needs to find more knowledge employees that are willing to do their job, and show up for work!
