Very friendly and personal but terrible business interaction. I had claim from Jan. 2022 but haven't been notified by Tara about whether she was willing to pay the claim or not. Just excuses is all we have heard.
Always nice , easy to accommodate your needs, I've got alot more insurance for same money I was paying at other places , I've been lucky with no claims on my account but yrs ago I was hit by a person who had all state insurance company and was the easiest claim ever
