MAJOR shout out to Tonya Nehila at Wells Insurance! She has been our insurance agent for awhile, outside of being like family to us! She made sure to help us get our insurance taken care of for my new car while enjoying Christmas with her own family! I recently got insurance through Wells, when renewal came up I was not notified, they said that I received an email and something through USPS, I am still checking through my junk email but have not found it. Then when I went to the office to try to straighten this out I was made to wait!! I was told more than once my agent was in the bathroom but would be with me shortly! I did notice other agents “busy” with their kids or busy walking around, but because my last name started with a “T” they could not help me! I finally met with my agent, who took my payment said I was reinstated, however now I’m dealing with the DMV!! My license is in jeopardy! How did it come to this? I have had car insurance for close to 50 years and never had this issue. I usually receive ample notice of due dates. I

Horrible experience. They quoted me an insurance policy after reviewing the home inspection report with Tower Hill Insurance. We closed on the house believing in good faith we had insurance. Just 6 weeks following the closing I was notified the policy is going to be terminated in 3 only weeks. We absolutely NO WARNING OR ADVANCE NOTIFICATION. Very poor service, no ethics, no class, no intergrity.

My brother and I had the pleasure of working with Krystyl on some homeowners insurance updates that were needed on behalf of our elderly mother. I can honestly say I've never had a better experience in over 3 decades of working with different insurance professionals. I cannot recommend Krystyl or her company too highly!
