A little backstory. My insurance company was through my mortgage company. It increased over 1300$. With the help of this couple, I was able to get it down to a reasonable amount. They went over each item on my policy and took care of transferring the new one into my escrow account and canceling my policy. It was so easy. I found my new insurance company! Placed a call on Monday needing to look for new home owners insurance. I was told by end of day or Tuesday by 3pm. I received a quote by NOON on Monday! I was super happy. Shawn and his wife are the nicest, friendliest people I have met in a very long time.They were very thorough and answered any questions I had. I was able to get my new policy signed by Wednesday the same week!! My original agent, took a WEEK to even answer my calls or get me a quote. The staff is very friendly. June the senior agent was awesome. She is very friendly and pleasant to work with when trying to find the best medicare supplement insurance coverage and price. June does great follow up and follows through with keeping you updated. I highly recommend 1st place insurance.
