Fhc Insurance

Dropped off information for insuring our lawn equipment. Person that does it will all be back Monday it will be emailed to you. It's Friday and no email. Doesn't anyone have a back up person when one is out of office?? How does a business stay open with this kind of customer service. I'm new to area so not a good welcoming.

What a great family business..... My personal experience with Fhc insurance is that every member that works there are extremely caring and friendly and will go out of their way to make sure that you leave completely satisfied...... If you would like to go somewhere,where you don't feel intimidated and are made to feel like family and at the same time find you the best policy possible then this is the place for you

I was referred to them by my state farm agent. She was super friendly and acted helpful. Five days and one return call from them. Asking for something that I didn't need. She said oh, we must have you mixed up with someone else. Now it's been 10 days since I asked for a policy and still no word from them.Very unprofessional. Very misleading. I was under the impression this was an underwriter company, but they only checked one company?

Shopping for insurance isn’t fun let’s be real. Not with FHC Tracy made me feel like I was shopping with my best friend. Wonderful customer service and they really do get the best and most for their customers. Thank you 🙏🏽
