I will not go into detail but our experience with Steve Bond was anything but caring and cordial. We have had both of our homes insured with them since 2018. We never had any issues. However Hurricane Milton took many shingles off of our home and we tried to file a claim. The home was built in 2019. My husband and I stopped in because it was nearly impossible to reach anyone at the company Bond provided to file a claim. Maggie called Steve and he came out of his office. We asked for advice and he told us very sternly that he was not going to give us any advice. We left and are still trying to figure all this out. We have never filed an insurance claim before. Check other places first. Bad experience with this insurance company. And had them for many years before trying to file our first hurricane claim. They would not hep us. We called and they wouldn’t return calls. So we paid for our roof on our own. Their reviews were good so we picked them. Mistake.
