Direct Auto Insurance

Don't go with this insurance company. I have had insurance with them for over a year. I paid every month and then when I had one small fender bender (no damage to my vehicle and other party didn't claim when adjuster showed up) they found a reason to rescind my policy which was ridiculous. They didn't even have to pay any money on the claim. Plus I have to wait two to three weeks to get a refund on my policy payments. They voided the policy. So now I have to pay extra money to the state for this and it is listed on my driving record through no fault of my own. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CAR INSURANCE. YOU WILL GET SCREWED TOO.

My agent Jarrius Smith was the absolute BEST!! He tailored my policy to fit my budget. Not only that, he explained everything in detail, walked me through the entire process and made switching a pleasure!! I only wish I happened upon him sooner. GREAT GUY!!!

Jay smith helped me out so much! He is a wonderful agent and does a fantastic job! He was very understanding and polite! Every question that I asked, he answered very politely. He was very attentive and made sure that I understood the policy. He was absolutely amazing! If I could give him more then 5 stars, I would!! As for Shenita Walker, who previously "helped" me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I was asking her questions she chuckled and changed her tone as if she was annoyed with me, I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me and made me feel embarrassed. The lack of professionalism on her part was completely unnecessary. Then, after we were finished I told her "Thankyou, have a great rest of your day" she did not respond back and disconnected the call. Completely inappro
