WellCare Health Plans - Albany

I went to.get classes and even though they say they cover eye care they give you a small amount of money. It cost me $400 for my glasses. Then I had to go to ER because of heart problems. It was sen as critical,but they claimed they wouldn't cover a of it. So it cost me $2,000. They never cover anything they claim to cover 🙄 when you use their care. But their advertisements lie. Seek medical elsewhere. Zero stars isn't an option or I would have chosen it.

When you set up a plan they make sure the drugs you take are not qualified! When you paid out of pocket reimbursement is not an option! 90 wait for imbursed denial to do it all over and!! Worse insurance company I have ever dealt with!! Bad communication! They Don't listen! And just want to offer to charge you more and change your plan and then tell you that you don't Qualify!! Done wasting my time with these people!!!

Went for a COVID test… sick waited an hour out side no info….then woman walks out and tells us to busy wait two hours. Should have known could have had a sign could have been treated better. Why not make a sign? St Mary’s is Catholic in name only!

Staff was super nice. Got me in and out as i was not sick. Covid test results back that night.

Signed up for it's Medicare plan but getting the run around with getting a Primary
