The crew at State Farm insurance off New Scotland ave have been fantastic to me over the years; from making sure we got a fair rate on insuring our home, to educating me on how insurance works, such as explaining how claims work after accidents. Recently, a different insurance company refused to complete repairs on my car (the replacement rear windshield the shop installed was defective) after their insured rear-ended my car. While leaving a message, I got an immediate callback from JT who explained how they could help, and helped me get set up with a different shop to finish the repair and get me back on the road. Thanks to JT and State Farm for helping me out.
