I had this agent for close to 3 years. I could never get in contact with him and he would return my calls 4 or 5 days later. Also my rates jumped this 6 months to over a $1,000. I asked why my rate was going up since I had no tickets or accidents and he couldn't give a good answer. I called State Farm and was given a rate of $265 a month for my 2 cars full coverage as opposed to $485 a month from Progressive. I could only imagine what it would have been if I had tickets or an accident 😕.
