I love the prices and coverages, but the communication is atrocious. My insurance got cancelled due to some documents regarding security installation, which I absolutely did. I didn’t even know about it for a year almost. No communications. I’ll attach a screenshot. Even after all that, I’ve been reaching out again to insure my 2 houses and 2 cars…and I don’t even get a response. Maybe it’s due to the holidays but overall so much has happened and I’ve only had 2 threads of comms between last year and now. I have no choice but to go with State Farm, who may not be great, but at least they communicate and seem to want my business. I think the company is great, not sure what the issue with communications is.
