I had general liability insurance with this company many years ago to work at a farmer's market and had a great experience. I called Dennis for a week and no response. When I finally reached him, he told me he couldn't return my calls because he was out playing golf. I told him I wanted a quote for a new business in a different work sector for my LLC. He was very rude! He told me that I cancelled the previous policy and his company only made $16. I explained to him the previous policy was not for a LLC company but it was required to be a vendor at a farmer's market that was only held in the summer time. He was argumentative!
