Walter and Walter has been my auto and renters insurance provider for years. They have great coverage, great customer service, and easy claims processes. I’ve hit a deer, hit a parking garage, and had two cracked windshields all of which were a relatively easy process to fix. Recently I had to change my insurance as I’m moving states, Sierra and Donna are literal SUPER STARS and were beyond helpful!

Their service has really gone downhill since I started using them 5 years ago. Brittany in Woodstock was easy to reach and promptly returned calls. I have tried numerous times to get ahold of them at Walter and Walter and Aimonetti, I only got recordings and no one ever returned my calls. I finally emailed twice ( first time no reply after 1 week). Really unhappy with them and their inability in explaining why my insurance on a 2022 Subaru has gone up substantially without any claims. Erie used to be my favorite insurance, no longer….

We made the switch to Walter and Walter about one year ago with the help of Renee at their office. SHE HAS BEEN AMAZING. Listening to our needs, quick response times, finding us the best deals. She helped us to save thousands of dollars a year by switching over our auto and home policies.
