My experience with Walker Insurance has been extremely positive. I reached out to them after leaving another company where I had a very poor customer service experience. I was assigned to Todd Edward’s as my agent and he has exceptional customer service skills. He goes above & beyond to provide me with a positive experience.

12/11/2025 I called nationwide where I've been a member for 18 years to let them know that I switched to GEICO i hated having to make this change because I've always appreciated the coverage and customer service I received throughout the years. For the last year, I made several attempts to stay with nationwide, even asking them through Walker insurance to shop around for other carriers on my behalf unfortunately, no company was able to beat Geico's price GEICO matched every single aspect of my policy down to the 100 rental option and roadside assistance everything was identical except the monthly payment, which was less than half of what I was paying with nationwide. I'm leaving this review for two reasons 1. Make Todd aware of how his staff is representing his business the attitude

My sister and I started a business and Todd has been instrumental. We had so many questions about different kinds of insurance and Todd took the time and had the patience to explain all the options to us. He quoted us great rates and we now refuse to deal with anyone else but Todd. So many times in the past I would dread talking to anyone about insurance but Todd made things easy. A great experience!

Todd has gone above and beyond to take care of our insurance needs for many years. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and God knows that he has had a lot of patience with us. Exceptional service!

Todd was very professional and did a great job in helping us change our car insurance policy. We saved over $500! Yah!
