This insurance agency has serious issues with professionalism and respect. My family and I — including my wife and my brother — have all experienced the same unacceptable behavior. The woman who answers the phone is consistently rude, unhelpful, and discriminatory toward certain people. They even threatened to cancel one of our policies without reason, and in another case, tried to charge us for a commercial policy that, by law, doesn’t even need to be commercial. That kind of conduct shows not only a lack of ethics but also a complete misunderstanding of the regulations they’re supposed to follow. It’s extremely disappointing to see a company that treats customers this way. They truly need serious training in both customer service and basic human respect.

Love this insurance agency, great customer service. Great prices. I love that they and take care of my personal and business needs.

I wouldn't advise anyone to use this insurance company if you are of color these people are racist and rude. I called to get a quote for business insurance the guy told me we don't have a market for you (the people gave me the contact does same thing I do but he's white) This guy actually said "I don't have a market for u" then when I Asked his name he hung up the phone in my ear.. #lawsuit hold them accountable..

The worst insurance agency ever. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and a total waste of time.
