Smithfield Insurance

This place has the best customer service I've experienced EVER thus far in my life. Teresa is a sweetheart and saw a problems with my dad's insurance price. It was way too high and she suspected something was wrong. She worked for at least two hrs min. to find out the problem and ended up saving my daddy over $100 and called bck to the last ins. company that he was with and they owed him too, because he was paying way too much with them and she got his money owned to him bck to him. You don't get customer service like this anywhere, shoot not at all in 2023, sadly. We truly appreciate you Teresa, thanks a bunch again!

I will start by saying that smithfield insurance is the best insurance company to work with, I am writing this review after 3 years of being their client. Before I found them I had a lot of problems and paid way to much for my semi truck policy. I can say that Around North Carolina they will be your best bet when it comes to insurance, reliability and very affordable prices.( they have always been upfront and honest with prices). Also I would like to say that their customer service is amazing( literally everyone I have spoken with on this agency has treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism). Love this agency. A young lady named Kelsey was super helpful and had a wonderful attitude towards everything, you can tell this agency is highly trained and all come from good family’s!!! Will be telling all my friends about it :)

Worst customer service! I dealt with Esmeralda Torres she is an agent there. I sent her a simple email asking for a break down of my policy and here we are 13 days later and no response. I called her in between and she explained she was busy she would get to it when she can. I then emailed again multiple times and i have not received a response. Called to speak to a manager and I’m still waiting for a call back. My husband has dealt with her for over a year for a commercial policy and he has never been able to get an exact figure for any of the semi in our policy.

Smithfield Insurance helped me switch to a new carrier that better fit my needs and saved me money. Their customer service was excellent and Kelsey was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
