Paul Calton: Allstate Insurance

I really like and appreciate my agent. Paul Calton. He's pleasant, always has a smile, and easy to talk with. He takes the time to make sure I understand and have the best policies that fit my needs. I highly recommend him.

I called Allstate Smithfield and spoke with Rachel in reference to my policy. I was trying to understand what happened with my policy. I could never get a valid answer from Rachel nor could I get a clear understanding as to what happened to my policy. Her customer service is horrible and she hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone to this office

Paul has personally gone the long way in helping me sort out issues with my coverage and mistakes made by costumer service call center. Great customer service his and his staff's behalf!

Allstate is an epic disaster of a company, and Paul will do zero to help when a claim is presented. You’re on your own. E.g. scenario, if you need insurance, and you never have a claim or need for support, Allstate and Paul will be great, phenomenal, actually —> However, if you need the Company, or agent, you’re doomed and very much left to fend for yourself. The biggest burn for me was not so much the Allstate the company, you sorta-of expect that, it was from Paul’s complete lack of empathy or genuine willingness to help work my claim. It was clear that he was all Allstate, and not willing to support you as a client. However, if you’re one of his “good buds” I think your experience might be a bit different.

I have been with this agency for 27 years. Why you may ask. Because they have always treated me with genuine care and respect. If something wasn’t right all I have to do is give them a call and they know who I am. I am not just somebody to them, I am a person that they are concerned about and willing to go out of their way to help. Charlene and Christy are wonderful and I’m glad they are part of the staff. You might shop around and save a dollar but you won’t get the same level of customer service like you would here. I plan to be with them for a long time.
