I have been w/ Vernon’s SF office since the start of me being able to drive & I have been w/ them ever since. They are family (Vernon, Tammy and Ruth Ann)!!! I also want to give a special shout out to Tammy, she ALWAYS looks out for me, she goes above & beyond to make sure that I am good and that I have everything that I need. Vernon Hinson’s office is amazing! Ruth Ann has personally been wonderful to me for the 3 years I’ve had a policy with State Farm. Tammy is the absolute best State Farm agent ever. I’ve worked with her for several years now. She’s very knowledgeable and always helps me figure out policy questions and the best ways to save money. I highly recommend this office.

Tammy clearly explained recommended coverage updates to our auto insurance and how to save by taking a defensive driving course and where it could be taken online. She also explained that we would need to transfer our homeowners policy after reconstruction begins (house was damaged beyond repair by a huge pine tree 1 year ago during a severe thunderstorm and hail storm).
