After increased rate hikes from the company forced my business to close, I received many continued notices about paying a balance that was not due. In fact, the company technically OWES me a refund because the business closed in the middle of the year and per the policy I am entitled to a pro-rated amount. Just prior to closure a phone representative told me they were trying to unload policies like mine by increasing rates until people cancelled. They succeeded. Not only is it frustrating to get continuous reminders of matters the agents should have been able to handle, these notices are also a painful of the business I lost largely in part to insurance issues.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about USLI! Chris Hodges especially, I had an issue with a new policy being issued incorrectly due to my own error, Chris took the reins and got it issued correctly without asking anything extra of me. And talk about FAST!! You can expect next day responses to requests for quotes and most of the time if it is not too involved, you can actually get quotes the same day. With the insurance climate what it is right now, they are a bright beacon making my job so much easier. Thank you!!
