Insurance claim is terrible . They recommend doctors and when those doctors prescribe medication , they deny due to it being a name brand medicine . I've been on the phone waiting for 40 minutes with 10 different people who all ask me the same questions over and over without documenting any questions . Now they're telling me I had to find the doctor that they gave me when I already gave the name and their id number . Our company switched from Cigna to this and the contrast is insane . Cigna always was a fast process and quickly approved , I never even had to talk with a representative. I'm not sure why they would even choose this company . I've been otp with them since 7 am and now it's 12:15 pm and the employees at Walgreens helped more in 3 minutes than they did in 49 . It's a shame

Recently, my mother had to contact a billing advocacy representative and I was able to listen to the interaction she had with a lady named Brittany. I am so pleased with how she spoke to my mother and the help she received with her questions. I know she is in good hands with imagine 360. Thank you, Brittany.

I have never in my life had so many issues with a health insurance company. I recently fell and broke my wrist, I went to ER and they sent me to a orthopedic surgeon, well I drove a hour for them to tell me they are out of my network ok so I called number on insurance card well it took them 4 days to send me 1 provider and so I called nope still didn't take my insurance ...so my husband and I are arw calling them and they sent us a few more I finally seen a orthopedic doctor not a surgeon, because at this point I just needed to see someone. Its now day 9 of me breaking my wrist, well sure enough I need surgery and now im still waiting again, its now 12 days!! Im beyond frustrated and we will not use this insurance again!

Highly recommend this provider! Their staff is consistently supportive and professional. I recently had a problem, and the advocate assigned to me was fantastic. She was friendly, covered every topic I had questions about, and made sure I felt completely secure. I told her how supportive she had been throughout the entire process. It is rare to find a team that goes this far for their patients.
