When I was in need of new car insurance, M. F. Irvine really helped me out! They saved me a ton of money from my previous policy and provided a comparison of the best policies for my needs. I have been working with them now for 3 years and they have continually put in the work to ensure I am getting the best policy/value and have proven that they are truly there to advocate for me. Mike has been great at answering any questioning I’ve had and been very professional and responsive when I needed help.

I requested a quote for 2 properties in Luzerne county. At the point in time of the quotes actually getting bound, it took a couple follow ups to get the process finalized. A few months later, we get a letter from the carrier saying there is going to be a 75% increase in our premium. I reach out to Mike to figure out what the issue is with not response for about a month. Today we are 3 months from the first communication and still have yet to hear back with a solution. If you want customer service, don't go here.

I needed business insurance and was referred by the establishment I rent my store from. After my 3rd attempt calling this company and 2 weeks later with nothing but empty promises that "someone WILL call you back", and "I am sorry but everyone is in a meeting." Really? Everyone ? Not once but twice. I was very happy to get a policy On line, in 15 minutes and I am sure much cheaper from ANOTHER company.!!!
