I have been a client of Pompei Insurance for a few years and Cameron Colbert as my agent. I first went to her about getting a quote for my homeowners and automobile polices. She determined that my home wasn’t covered enough under my old policy and explained line by line what needed to be increased. She was also able to bring down the price for my automobile coverage. She was also able yo bundle them both with the same company for an added discount. Last year, I had an accident (just my car involved) and Cameron was quick to respond to my call and get me all of the information I needed in order to file a claim. I've been a customer here for over 10 years. I dropped auto with them when they charged me too much. I later dropped homeowners. The service has been declining over the years. I had a few bad experiences with the representatives and it has really turned me off. I don't feel like I should always have my guard up when I'm a paying customer. Matt Daly got real unprofessional with me; and I expect my service to come correct with the insurance guy. I have no real gripe with ownership, but for now services are no longer needed.

It cost half as much to work with Progressive directly than going through this agency. I was able to get a much better insurance package and still pay $500 less. All they did was send me letters with reminders about policy payments and did nothing to lower my rates.
