Horrible experience with this company. I signed up for a renters insurance policy which was easy. The following week I called to have my partner added to the policy, to which they said no big deal and it would be done within 24/48 hours and sent back to me. Two weeks and about 10 phone calls back and forth to them (to which no one from the actual company ever answered) for me to find out they never even added him to the policy. No one reached out to let me know of this and I was lied to every time I was called about the status of my policy. I now move in two days and cannot move into my new apartment without this being done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete waste of money and time.

Garbage Company. Had a policy for 7yrs. Never did 1 home inspection before but recently requested to inspect. Which was no issue, until I asked to reschedule the FIRST scheduled inspection. I immediately provided 3 alternative dates to inspect, as requested. NO RESPONSE back from ANGELA ARAUJO. I attempted calling to schedule it but they said I had to go through Angela. Now I'm told they canceled my policy because of too many missed inspections?? And won't rewrite the policy. I've never even filed a claim lol. UM & staff are incompetent. I hear from others they also don't cover any damage godforbid something happens to your home. No issue for me. A few other carries offering better rates.. good riddens UM. You've been warned ⛔️ 🎪

Company offered good rate via AAA in year 1 (to get you to sign up with them). WITH NO CLAIMS, this company almost DOUBLED my initial premium over the next TWO YEARS!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! Get your homeowners insurance from A REPUTABLE COMPANY - I did.

We have paid them for over 30 years. Never made a claim. This year we had damage to our house due to frost heaves. They "don't cover damage due to earth movement". Unbelievable! And it took them since February to tell us this. Insurance is a rip off in general, but this is pathetic. They have lost a customer, not that they really care.

Alyssa and team worked with me directly to resolve my issue and ensured a positive experience immediately. I was having a poor experience working through their partner agency, AAA Northeast, because it was a matter of a confirmed product misinformation that was being ignored. So what the AAA Northeast agent sold me was not something I understood I bought and could have used. Alyssa and team heard me and worked diligently to make sure the right people were held accountable while relieving me by working with their underwriter to void and zero everything out.
