My auto insurance with Noyles Johnson comes to 160.00 per month. I had been paying this online, and there was about a 6 dollar few for the credit card transaction. Recently I payed 200.00 in a new format they use called Doxo, and was assinged an 8.23 fee. They put the charge in as a cash advance, so my credit card company charged me an interest fee of 13.74. For paying my monthly charge online last month it cost me 21.97 in fees. I let Noyles know I was not happy about this and got no response. About a month ago, I had asked that my monthly premium he taken out of my checking account as is my mortgage payment. It still has not been done. Noyles Johnson uses Doxo for online credit card charges. See FTC web page: The Federal Trade Commission is taking action against bill payment company Doxo and two of its co-founders, charging that the company uses misleading search ads to impersonate consumers’ billers and deceptive design practices to mislead consumers about millions of dollars in junk fees they tacked on to consumers’ bills. The complaint alleges that Doxo, its CEO and co-founder Steve Shivers, and its vice president and co-founder Roger Parks, have known from years of internal surveys and complaints from tens of thousands of consumers and hundreds of billers of the harms their business model caused consumers and have still failed to correct their unlawful actions.

In early October my car was involved in an accident. From the start our insurance company made this difficult situation go as smoothly as possible. They always communicated with me immediately, and they were able to combine my home and car insurance to an incredibly affordable rate.
