I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cora regarding homeowners insurance. As a new homeowner, I came in with legitimate questions and expected clear, helpful guidance. Instead, I was met with horrible customer service and an appalling demeanor. Cora was short, dismissive, and provided little to no useful information. Rather than explaining coverage options or helping me understand the policy details, she seemed irritated by basic questions. For something as important as homeowners insurance, that level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. New homeowners need support and clarity — not attitude and minimal communication. They have done nothing in over a month I have been having to call the other parties insurance to get any sort of information and when I call the Montpelier office they are shocked that I’m calling to get updates

tried to tell me that the only flood insurance available for home owners is via FEMA and when I asked them how other companies did it cut the call off. Weird!
