This life insurance company is the worst I have ever encountered. After my wife’s and my 10-year term policy ended, they increased our rates by an outrageous 800% to 1000%. For the past six months, we have been repeatedly billed, despite calling them at least five times, having our agent contact them multiple times, and myself reaching out directly to their Austin office. I strongly warn everyone to steer clear of this unethical and ungrateful company. They have capitalized off us for thousands of dollars without ever paying a claim, and now, more than six months after canceling the policy, they continue to harass us with bills. Their lack of loyalty and decency is unacceptable.

Unsatisfactory Experience with National Life Group I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from National Life Group regarding our family life insurance policies. Despite having multiple family members insured under a single package, the company failed to provide adequate notice regarding premium payments, resulting in the lapse of some policies. What's concerning is that the company had an incorrect address on file, which contributed to the lapse. Meanwhile, another family member's policy remains active with a correct address. This inconsistency has caused significant distress and financial implications for our family. I hope that National Life Group will take steps to rectify this situation and improve their communication with policyholders.
