My wife and I were shopping insurance premiums for Medicare Supplement Insurance. We spoke with Sarah Clifford at our local State Farm office. Over the course of two days we spoke with Sarah several times to address various issues for our individual needs. Sarah was always available to answer our questions and did it in both a personal and professional manner. We deal with a lot of people in call centers and regional offices. It was very refreshing to speak with a knowledgeable and friendly person who seemed to have a genuine interest in helping us. Thank You Sarah !!!!

I have been with State Farm for my home owners since I've owned my home. Last year in July I added auto insurance. A change I DO NOT regret Every time I have had a question or an issue about either policy, Sarah Clifford has been on top of it. This morning at 6 am I messaged her regarding the deer that my car hit at 430 am and SHE answered me, put me at easy with the claim process and expedited the submission.
