We have been customers of Trust point for over 16 year. The business has been a trust point customer for over 20 years. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would have to be writing this review. We loved Trust point and our agents. We only had to file only 2 claims in 16 years. In both claims they were able to get payment from the persons insurance to pay for damages. Our agents and adjusters were all super helpful and made the process easier. So if Trust Point is so great why am I writing a negative review. We were on auto-pay with our insurance company. Then one day I noticed money was not being taken from our account from the Insurance company. I called Trust point to find out why. We had just been given a new agent because ours had retired. I highly recommend doing business with Sergio Render for your commercial insurance. He was able beat my current commercial plan by nearly $1000/yr. Not only did they beat the rates, come to find out my business was under insured with my previous plan! Definitely allow him to pull those rates, I bet they can beat your current rate if nothing else to verify that you aren’t underinsured. I love the simplified statements that are easy to understand.
