Patrick Rice was extremely helpful and went to bat for me with the underwriters to make sure my home owner's insurance coverage didn't have any hiccups... this after Liberty Mutual dropped me with little warning and no course for resolution. So glad to be working with an actual agent again. Was so pleased, we ended up switching car insurance and adding a business GL policy as well!
