Chance Miller - State Farm Insurance Agent

10/10. Best experience ever. I know I can count on Chance Miller State Farm to not only get me the best deals on coverage (auto, home, life, etc), but to also answer any questions I have honestly. They have my best interests in mind at all times. My favorite part by far is Amanda. She's the most knowledgeable, helpful, phenomenal person I've ever dealt with. So yes, I highly recommend Chance Miller State Farm, but SERIOUSLY suggest you ask for Amanda to help you... she does NOT disappoint.

Had them for car insurance. The girl who works here is great; I don't mind her at all. I mind Chance. If I ever have to call for something and he answers the phone, I know that I'm doomed. He wastes my time trying to upsell me other insurance that I don't want or need, and he can't seem to take a hint. I've been married now for a few years, and decided to finally let them know that my last name has changed. I've been putting it off because I dread having to call and taking the risk that Chance will answer the phone. Luckily, the girl answered and she got it all settled for me, quickly and without hassle. Lo and behold, here I get an email from Chance that now he needs my husband's information, and he wants to discuss 'possible savings'. Yeah, I've been trapped in that conversation before,
