My parents used this agency for a few years, mainly because they were able to get cheaper insurance rates. Since then, the rates have increased significantly (they recently saved $1200 on their HOI, and $300 on their auto by switching to state farm). Customer service here isn't anything to write home about (the senior rep won't even bother calling you back, if he knows that he can't help you), and they didn't cancel the auto pay for my parent's auto policy (cancellation should have been the 1st, and the auto pay went out on the 4th). It was only about a $15 difference, but the principle of the matter is just frustrating. Do yourself a favor, and make sure to shop around.
