I have been a member for over 10 years. I find the resources available through Delaware Valley Trusts to be top-notch! Customer service has always been wonderful. The Health Center provides amazing care.
Whoever I spoke to cancel an appointment was rude (I think She said her name was Karen) Also, After getting blood work their nurse tried to tell me I had To come back a second time to do a physical as part of the reimbursement for work which I found Out later was not true. Only good thing is that they are fast and get you in and out.
Fantastic, professional staff. They make you feel like you are their only patient. Beyond attentive and punctual. Highly recommend!!!
The information provided would be easier to interpret if they collated it together between the various applications they offer. Seems like a good selection of offerings but can be time consuming to work through it all.
Been here 6 times for training programs. It's ok. The rooms are comfortable and the restrooms are clean
