The absolute worst insurance company ever! Will treat you like a criminal when you try to file a claim. Zero communication and very rude adjusters with supervisors who cover for them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I received a check in the mail and Capitol Insurance Co was listed as the return address. I'm afraid they are either a scam or their name is being used as a scam because I do not have an account with them nor do I have any reason to be expecting a $2,000 check from them or company whose name is on the check. I googled that company too and couldn't find it at all so if anyone else is having a similar experience, just be very suspicious! I haven't figured out what is going on yet.

Nobody likes to answer phones ...insurance adjuster was suppose to call over a week ago, still nothing.
