They will give you one month to replace your roof, and then decide to drop you from coverage. The entire time we have had coverage through them they said I was only allowed to drive my car, but it belonged to my husband. I bought my car without him, he has no legal rights to my car, but this company decided I was "only allowed to drive it" They dropped us from our car insurance because my husband didn't send them proof of his updated driver's license. What kind of company cannot look that up? When we did send it, they decided we didn't send it soon enough and two days after they got the updated license they sent the notice of non-renewal.

Absolutely disgusting !! We went to the office for a reclaim so we went to reception and called on the landline that was there because that was our only option. And we were in the middle of the call and a guy from the office came out first and asked if we needed help and we kindly said that we were fine because we were finally getting help on our reclaim. He understood and let us continue our call. But then 10 minutes later another guy came out and he asked my dad for the phone while we were in the MIDDLE of a call. And told the lady that was helping us through the phone that we weren't supposed to be here, which was none of his business. And he gave us back the phone and they asked us to leave. And the guy sat on the table next to him looking at us suspiciously which really made me mad. B

I do not recommend travelers insurance to anybody and i feel horribly sorry for anyone who is in an accident with one of their policy holders. I was told to send an invoice to have payment submitted to cover property, which i had done i was informed they received the invoice and it looked good him said he would submit payment this afternoon and then communication completely went radio silent from them.

If I could have given NO STARS I definitely would. Traveler's makes claims of paying for repairs that were NOT listed on the repair companies invoice. Traveler's also gives the repair companies a Very hard time in collecting their money after work has been done which is awfully embarrassing for business.

NEVER USE TRAVELERS!! I was given verbal agreement for repairs on a roof from a storm. Over a year and 3 adjusters later I was given verbal authorization for the roof repair for an agreed upon amount and was told that payment would be sent “before the last nail is in”. 4 business days later and now I’m being told it could be 7-10 days before payment is sent! Now I have the contractor demanding money for their service and had to pay money out of my own pocket for the contractor. I possibly may even have to set up a payment plan because travelers has misled me from the start.
