I have been very pleased with this office, mainly Brittney, who is always incredibly responsive and has spent HOURS on the phone with me going over any questions I have and explaining everything to me. When I was ready to switch and looking into rates, I got on the phone with Brittney and she helped me customize all of our coverage. Our new rate was the same/better as if we had switched, which is crazy because switching typically is the lowest rate you can get with car insurance! When our car was towed I remembered that that was part of our policy and gave Brittney a call, she had a check mailed out to me right away. Also, bundling our home and auto literally saved us so much.
