Hey these people are awesome! I recently had to renew my content insurance for my condo . They got me a great rate on my premium. Half of what I was paying before for the same coverage. As you can imagine the premium is very low cost but they treated me like a million bucks! They made it very quick and easy. It was a pleasure working with them and I am super happy! We’d been American Family customers for over 17 years — both home and business — always on autopay. American Family mishandled our business autopay, cancelled our coverage, and then tried to back-bill the missed premiums to reinstate it after cancellation. I requested a new quote several times and never received one. I emailed and called Benjamin Abbott repeatedly over the course of a month and more with no response. Completely ignored. To top it off, AmFam home insurance premiums doubled after a single claim in 17 years. So we cancelled that one. other providers were $2000 cheaper If you’re looking for communication or customer service from Benjamin Abbott or American Family, don’t bother — they’re clearly not interested.
