Two years ago I changed Insurance Carriers/Agents and moved to Steve Fisher and State Farm. The initial meeting with Office Manager Susan was informative, professional, and welcoming. She was honest about what could go wrong by changing Carriers and allowed me to make an informed decision about making a change. Since then any questions or requests have received a prompt and accurate response. Fortunately, no claims so far.
