Great service over the years. Easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend. I had an issue with an incorrect spelling on an insurance policy and he promptly sent me the correct paperwork and included a self addressed stamped envelope for me to return. Appreciate the good customer service.

I have been a loyal customer with this insurance company for over 11 years. Recently, I was setting up their mobile app and accidentally selected the "Driver Safety" device option. I realized my mistake immediately and called them right away to explain that I did not want this service. The representative I spoke with assured me it would be removed from my policy. However, when I received my next bill, it had increased from $489 to $612. I visited my local office to ask what happened. They told me I had signed up for the device and had not set it up. I explained again that it was an error while using the app and that I had immediately called to cancel it. I just want my original policy reinstated with no changes and at the original price. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with did not seem

As a dealership it is sometimes difficult to get what we need for the customer from the insurance agent. This was NOT the case with Taylor! She sent everything e needed and that made it easy for both their customer AND the dealership. Thank you Taylor, looking forward to working with you again!
