I had a great experience with McLean Insurance! My battery died and I was stuck at work. My first instinct was to call a tow company. Then I decided to call my car insurance agent to see if roadside assistance was included in my plan. I spoke with a very friendly and professional agent named Melissa. She checked my plan, found out that I had roadside assistance and gave me the contact number for Travelers. She followed up with me a little while later to see that I was able to get help!
