I reached out to CarterMGM about the possibility of switching over from an agency I had previously worked with for 10+ years. Michael W. was professional, friendly, and informative during my inquiry. He was also extremely prompt and responsive in answering any questions I had afterward. I had to move quickly based on my current policy ending. He streamlined the entire process for me. I never felt like he was being pushy or trying to sell me on anything. I'm beyond satisfied with the level of customer service I received and even happier with the rate I ended up with. I gave them a chance based off the reviews and couldn't be happier. If you're even considering switching over, it's worth the call!

The process of getting car insurance was nice and smooth with them. I called up and answered some questions and they did all the rest. It took very little time. The price was great too. I would recommend them to anyone that was looking for insurance.
