Samantha is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything we inquire about. She is extremely friendly and very efficient in her communication. She makes everything so easy for me. She is very organized and pays attention to details. She is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. I could not ask to work with anyone better than her!

I am 85 years old and have been insured by State Farm for auto and home for about 65 years. When our last assigned agent left the company I decided to look for my own agent. I went to four State Farm Agencies in the proximity of our home. Three of them gave me the attitude of no big deal if you choose us or not. One lady, Sam, from Tim Flanagan's office went above and beyond to invite me to bring my three policies to their office. I have been insured with State Farm for our Home, Auto and Umbrella insurance for many years. During that time I have had three different State Farm agencies! One retired and one provided very poor service!! In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't settle for an agency that provided such poor service because, I found an outstanding agency - Tim Flanagan's Agency!!! They not only provide great service, but his staff (Logon and Larry) have knowledge, expertize and follow up to assure nothing falls through the cracks!!!
