Horrible communication. Constantly felt like no one wanted to help me with anything. Awful experience for years finally left and I’m so glad I did

Was told that none of their 14 companies would take an insured without transferring both auto and homeowners. Gave them all my info (regretting that!) and have not heard back in weeks. Called a different independent agency who didn't require me to transfer my autos and gave me a quote in 10 min.

The agent I had for years was great, but she retired. The new agent has been aweful, she can't keep her story straight and as of midnight my insurance will be cancelled because she "misunderstood" an email from Nationwide, gave me false information, then called at 2 today to say I have to put a 10% downpayment to the roofing company or be cancelled at midnight. Roofing company is not requesting it. She refuses to help me find other insurance or apply for the Fair Plan.

Jeremy Richards does Bruce Enterprises an incredible job. He goes up and beyond, taking calls when he is on vacation. You won't find a better agent in the Quad Cities. The agent is what makes the difference!

Agent retired without our knowledge, our policy changed and had an unauthorized person added, we were canceled without warning, and now are scrambling to fix the mess. Never again.
