AWESOME. John is very good to deal with. Fast friendly service and changing to his company actually will be saving me a little over 500.00 a month. Definitely worth giving him a call for a quote and seeing if you can save money too

I highly recommend this agent as he is very responsive to calls and emails. I have 3 vehicles and only drive 2 on a regular basis and when I want to take the 3rd vehicle (vacation car), John is very quick in putting temporary insurance on it. I do this often throughout the year and have not had any issues. Excellent customer service.

Had them for a few years and asked about a tv that was broken in my home by my kid. I asked if it would be covered next thing I know they told me it wasn't covered and my claim was denied. I didn't ask for a claim to be started I was just asking for information. Now it shows a claim on my house for something that wasn't covered and or wanted to be processed that way. Kept insurance until I asked for it to be switch from home insurance to landlord insurance was paying $1500 a year for home and was quoted $2800 for landlord insurance. Went with new company that had better coverages for $1400 a year.

Whenever I have questions, concerns, or claims, I am treated with respect and responsiveness. My representative is knowledgeable and helpful. I am very satisfied with my coverage and service. Since I started with Farmers Insurance, I have never thought of going anywhere else.
