Chris Fox was one phone call away today when my house caught fire and never missed a beat by getting the claim started brought a cooler of drinks getting me a hotel to stay out to getting me personal stuff to get by for a few days. 5 stars isn't enough. And it being a holiday and still being there every step with me though thus process
Rates consistently increased without reason. Requested decrease. Owner was not helpful and several times did not return my call. Found insurance for 30% less with another company - auto & home.
