Hayley and her team are the best! I switched over to IH Insurance services and Hayley saved me $50 a month AND QUADRUPLED my coverage!! The service agents are friendly and helpful and there isn't a 1-800 number, it's a real person every time! I convinced some family to switch over and they are also saving multiple hundres of dollars a year on insurance while maintaining excellent coverage. This is my first and worst experience with car insurance. My policy was fully paid 100%. when I decided not to renew further and use another company to insure my car, they imposed an incomprehensible debt on me for which I am obliged to pay. They explained this to me by saying that I had not paid for a certain month, although I had paid all payments under my insurance policy in advance. Trying to ask and find out the reason for my debt, the employees could not even properly explain and answer me on this matter. I will not use this company again, this is the worst work experience.

I recently bought a car through a dealer in Iowa City. The deal and service with that dealer was great. They Signed me up with IHMVCU. I have been struggling to connect my bank to make the payments to IHMVCU. I tried calling them on the phone and found it was all but impossible. Their answering system is one big circle back to the same list of things you must want that requires no human being. I never was able to speak with anyone at the office. I decided to go through their online membership/payment portal. I thought that when I got my email address and set a password my problems setting up an auto-bill-pay function were over. My bank's (Wells Fargo) auto-pay is good for one payment unless you note the extra "Schedule" tab you must press to repeat the payments. My mistake but it wasn't c
