My agent, Jessica got me all set up within minutes of my initial inquiry and as a result, cut my monthly car insurance bill in HALF. I have had a policy with this particular office since 2006 with no issue's until the day I actually needed them. When my pregnant wife got in a fender bender, I had provided them the repair shop's phone number and repair quote a day after the wreck. The claims department then took over a week to begin the inspection/repair process of our vehicle. When I called the office to ask for the reasoning and for future improvements, they blamed me and the shop I chose for delaying. Despite me going into detail with timestamped emails of where the delay happened, it was my fault.
