My experience was great. I apologize that I can’t remember the name of the lady I spoke to. I believe her name was Courtney but I’m not positive. She the person that sent me the email. I cannot hear very well so me not remembering wasn’t her fault by any means. My hearing actually makes me not look forward to dealing with this kind of stuff even more than usual. I have to ask questions multiple times to make sure I heard correctly and it can be frustrating for the person I’m talking to, especially when they are busy.
