Horrible experience! Lies lies lies! They look for ways to churn new business from their book of customers. Not very knowledgeable. Poor customer service. They will only help you if you complain. The owner barely even works - just lives off renewals. Other insurance agencies will work so much harder to give you good advise and good service and not just take advantage of you.
