Even though I’m not insured through this agency since I live in a different state, I always go to Kelsi Wells for insurance advice. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always on top of every detail. I trust her completely — she explains things in a way that actually makes sense and goes above and beyond to help. If I could have my policies with her, I absolutely would!

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I spoke with Kelsi over the phone and found her to be overbearing and unhelpful. This would have been my first time purchasing an auto insurance policy as an adult. Like most people, I don’t have extensive knowledge of insurance, and I was seeking guidance. I appreciate being direct, but direct communication can still be polite and respectful. Prior to this, I worked with Carla Call over email, and she did a phenomenal job providing quotes and answering questions. I had planned to speak with her by phone to ensure my work situation—traveling between multiple clinics throughout the state—was accurately understood and properly reflected in the policy.
