They know this business in and out and will find you exactly what fits your needs and educate you along the way on what coverages you actually need. Kenny and his staff have always responded to me quickly no matter what the question or need. They are easy to get a hold of and provide excellent customer service. You are truly missing out if The Richmond Insurance Group is not getting your business! They truly work for you and your best interest. I’m so glad I made the change several years ago, been the best decision when it came to insurance I’ve ever made! They continue to work hard for me and my needs even after gaining me as a client year over year.

Insurance agents are not my most favorite people to deal with. Kenny Richmond is a perfect example why. After struggling with his staff to get the information I needed, I signed with him for an auto policy. I tried to get through and make changes when I bought a new vehicle, then gave up and called Progressive direct. They handled my needs efficiently and professionally. I then received a thank you letter from them, and replied with my dissatisfaction. Great experience working with Kenny, he's straightforward with the reality of having proper insurance coverage. I reached out to him for a quote with the hope of saving a bunch of money, but he educated me on the fact that insurance is for the unexpected. Paying less today could end up costing you a lot more in the future if you were to be involved in an accident and were go be underinsured. So my coverage was raised significantly for not much cost difference, but the peace of mind is priceless. Definitely recommend him if you want to feel like someone has your back.

My husband and I were shopping for better rates for our car insurance. I came in contact with Kenny, at the Richmond Insurance group. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. All I had to do was submit small bit of information and he took care of the rest! It was the most hassle free encounter I've ever had with an insurance company. The Richmond Insurance group even mailed me a thank you letter signed by everyone with the business for becoming a customer. It's the little things like this and being a customer of a small town business that mean the most when I am searching for products or memberships. I would 10/10 recommend this company. I definitely don't hate it! ☺️

I contacted Richmond Insurance Group via email and got a prompt response from the team. I sent in my current coverage and a description on what I was looking for and within 48 hours Kenny gave me a call with what all they were able to do and what they found. Our call was over half an hour and he walked me through where he thought I was the most at risk with my current coverage and stated that I would have no coverage from my current insurance in the event of a water backup into the house. This was the first time I have ever had an agent take the time to walk through everything and it felt like he really wanted to make sure that I would be fully covered in the event of a claim. I was able to go ahead and book auto coverage for a year, which locks the price in as opposed to getting re-upped
